Troubleshooting the QR code/resetting the code

1. If you get an “Invalid code” error, click the “Reset QR code” link under the Verify button.

You will then see a message saying "Your request to reset two factor authentication was sent"

2. You will receive an email with a Reset link that is valid for 10 minutes.
Click on the Reset link and open the Google Authenticator App to scan the QR code.

  1. Make sure to place the barcode within red lines. Then use the verification codes displaying on your screen to log into the system.
