To generate reports for online training, follow the steps below. Online training may include SCORM-compliant training modules or sessions marked as complete by the client.
Step 1: Access Online Training
Navigate to the Training tab.
Select Training Online from the dropdown.
Step 2: Apply Filters to Customise Your Report
Use the available filters to narrow your results before exporting the report.
Note:
A date in the Date Completed column indicates when the training or test was completed.
If the Type filter is set to All, the report will list Staff first, followed by Workers.
Filters Available:
Entity (1) – Select the relevant entity, if applicable.
Training Programme (2) – Choose specific training programmes, if needed.
Site/Project (3) – Filter by site or project, if relevant.
Induction Status (4) – This is the most commonly used filter. Options include:
Completed
Expired
Not Done
Company (5) – Filter by a specific company, if required.
Person Status (6) – Refine results based on the individual’s status.
Search Field (7) – Enter keywords to locate specific entries.
Select Range From (8) – Define the start date for your report.
Select Range To(9) – Define the end date for your report.
Select Filter (10) to display your results.
Select Export (11) to download the report.
