Generating Online Training Reports

To generate reports for online training, follow the steps below. Online training may include SCORM-compliant training modules or sessions marked as complete by the client.

Step 1: Access Online Training

  1. Navigate to the Training tab.

  2. Select Training Online from the dropdown.

Step 2: Apply Filters to Customise Your Report

Use the available filters to narrow your results before exporting the report.

Note:

  • A date in the Date Completed column indicates when the training or test was completed.

  • If the Type filter is set to All, the report will list Staff first, followed by Workers.

Filters Available:

  • Entity (1) – Select the relevant entity, if applicable.

  • Training Programme (2) – Choose specific training programmes, if needed.

  • Site/Project (3) – Filter by site or project, if relevant.

  • Induction Status (4) – This is the most commonly used filter. Options include:

    • Completed

    • Expired

    • Not Done

  • Company (5) – Filter by a specific company, if required.

  • Person Status (6) – Refine results based on the individual’s status.

  • Search Field (7) – Enter keywords to locate specific entries.

  • Select Range From (8) – Define the start date for your report.

  • Select Range To(9) – Define the end date for your report.

  • Select Filter (10) to display your results.

  • Select Export (11) to download the report.
