Project Sign In Book

The Sign In Book provides a centralised live register of sign-ins and sign-outs, capturing Worker, Staff, Visitor and Plant access across all site and locations.

1. Log in to ComplyFlow and select the module picker > Live Access > Sign In Book.

2. By default, the list will show today’s date with people currently signed-in for your sites. The filters set show in blue above the list.

3. You can change the list by using the Filters option. The following options are available in the slide over panel:

a. Select data for a specific date

b. Sites

c. Status (Currently in/out)

d. Flags (non- compliant or flagged for a location)

e. Profile Type (Visitor, Staff, Worker or Plant)

f. Location

4. The register will display the following information. Further details are available in the export and via the Actions button. You can export the page using the Export by Date Range or Export button at the bottom.

a. The Full Name of the person

b. Their Worker, Staff or Visitor Type

c. Company

d. Work Order/Activity If applicable

e. Phone number

f. Site Signed in

g. Signed In By if actioned by manager

h. Device Code if using hardware

i. Zone If applicable

j. Location If applicable

k. Hours if applicable

l. Map (IN) if applicable

m. Map (OUT) if applicable

n. Work Order if applicable

o. Lone Worker if applicable

p. Estimated Time On Site if Lone Worker is on

q. Estimated Completion Time if Lone Worker is on

r. Time In

s. Time Out

People are automatically signed out after 20 hours and assigned standard hours, usually 8 in red.

Sign In Book List Actions

You can perform the following actions for an individual when you select Actions from the Sign in Book:

  1. Export PDF: Export records in PDF format for sharing or printing.

  2. See Who's on Site Now: View real-time updates of currently signed-in individuals.

  3. Sign-out: Manually sign out individuals who forgot to sign out themselves.
