If the Plant or Vehicle is no longer in use, take the steps below.
This option is only available in OCF
1. On your Dashboard, go to the top left and select the 
module picker button > Back to Old ComplyFlow.
2. Select Contractors > Plant & Vehicles.
3. Find the plant and select View to go to the plant records.
4. Tick the Not In Use checkbox and select Update to confirm.
