To add allergies, next of kin and private documents you need to have access to HR features. If you do, take the following steps.
1. Go to the ‘Contractors’ tab and select ‘Workers’ on the left.
2. On the following page, find the worker using the search filter at the top of the page. Open their record by clicking on the ‘view’ button beside their name.
3. Select 'Admin' on the left.
Scroll down to the ‘HR Informations’ section.
a) Fill in the worker’s ‘Allergies and Medical Conditions’ (1).
b) Fill in the emergency’s contact ‘Name’ (2).
c) Fill in what kind of ‘Relationship’ is between you and the above entered person (3).
d) Fill in the ‘Contact Number’ (4).
e) Click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes (5).
Note: This section will only be visible to staff members with HR access.
4. To upload an HR related document, go to the section underneath, named ‘Add Human Resource Document’. Browse for the document in your computer by clicking on the ‘Choose File’ button, select a document category from the drop-down (1) and input a description. Then click on the ‘Add Document’ button (2).
