Communication Groups

1. Adding a communication group.

a) Go to ‘Settings’ tab and select ‘Communication Groups’.

b) The ‘List Communication Group’ page will be available on the next screen. Click the ‘Add’ button if you want to create a new group (1), ‘View’ button next to an existing one if you want to check the details (2), ‘Edit’ if you want to make changes (3) and ‘Delete’ if you want to remove the group (4).

c) Next you will fill in the new group name (1) and click the ‘Add’ button (2) to finish.

2. Assigning people to communication group.

a) Go to ‘Settings’ tab and select ‘Communication Management’.

b) On the following screen in ‘Communication Groups’ section select from drop down ‘All’ (1) and click the blue ‘Filter’ button (2). This way all staff and employees will be displayed in the list bellow. Filter them by clicking on the ‘Type’ (3), ‘Name’ (4), ‘Company’ (5), ‘Groups’ (6), ‘Actions’ (7) filters on the top of the list, this will display them on alphabetical list depending on the filter you selected, and click the ‘Add Group’ (8) button on the right of the desired employee or staff member to assign them to a new group.

c) On the next screen select the group from the drop down (1) and click the ‘Add’ button (2).

d) Another way of assigning staff members or employees to a communication group is to go to staff details or employee details and select, from the drop down in ‘Communication Group’ table, the desired group.

3. Building SMS Template.

a) Go to ‘Settings’ tab and select ‘SMS Template’.

b) On the ‘List Templates’ available screen click the ‘ADD’ button to create a new template (1) or click on the magnifying glass next to a existing one if you want to make changes (2).

c) On the ‘Add SMS Template’ page.

a) Fill in the ‘Name’ of the template (1).

b) Fill in the ‘Sender ID’ (2).

c) Fill in the ‘Content’ the template will have when it will be selected to be send (3).

d) To finish the adding of the template click the ‘Add’ button (4).

Note: If you don’t see this option you will need to request it from your contact.

4. Broadcasting SMS.

a) Go to ‘Setting’ tab and select ‘Communication Management’.

b) On the following page you have the possibility to check all SMS history (1) or select one or multiple ‘Communication Groups’ from the drop down (2) and click the ‘Filter’ button (3) to display it.

c) After the communication group is filtered, on the top left you have the ‘Compose SMS’ button available. Once you click this button the following screen will be displayed. Fill in the ‘Sender ID’ box (1), fill in the ‘Message’ text field (2) or select a ‘SMS Template’ (3), ‘Total Person’ field will display the number of people within the group, that will receive the sms (4), and click the ‘Send’ button (5).

Note: The ‘Send’ button will be available only in case at least one group from ‘Communication Groups’ is selected and not available if ‘All’ filter is selected.
