This guide is based on the Old ComplyFlow (OCF) Dashboard. If you’re using the New ComplyFlow (NCF) Dashboard, refer to this guide: Adding a Site (NCF)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for adding a new Site and Project in OFC, including configuring inductions, documents, and assigning staff and contractors. By following these steps, Staff Users can efficiently set up and manage their Sites and Projects.

To add new Sites, you must have the Edit/Update Sites or higher permission.

Add a Site

To add a new Site, follow these steps:

1. Login to your dashboard and select Contractor > Sites > Add.

2. Enter the Name, Address, Manager, and Site Code, then select Add.

3. If an induction is required to be completed prior to working on the Site, select the induction name from the dropdown list, then select the plus button to finish.

4. To add a document to the Site, select Choose File to find the file on your device, add the file Description, and select the End Date of the document's validity. Check the Internal checkbox if the document is for admin view only. Then, select Add File to finish.

Add a Project

To add a new project, take the following steps.

1. Login to your dashboard and select Contractor > Projects.

2. At the top left, select Add.

3. Fill in the project's Name, Code, and Address details, including State and Zip/Post Code. You'll also need to select the project's Stage and Timezone from the dropdown lists. If it's a sub-project, select the Main Project from the dropdown. Select the Date Start and optional Date End, and check the Joint Venture checkbox, if applicable. Check the Hide from Contractors checkbox, if applicable. Select Add once done.

4. If an induction is required to be completed prior to working on the project, select the induction name from the dropdown list. By default, Staff Users are excluded from the induction. Check the Include Staff checkbox to Staff Users to complete the induction. Once done, select the plus button to apply the changes.

5. If everyone attending the project should provide a specific licence/document prior to working on the project, select the document from the dropdown and select the plus button to finish.

6. To assign a Staff User to the project, select their Name, Timesheet Category, Project Role, Start Date, End Date from the dropdown, and select the plus button to finish.

7. To assign a contractor to the project, select the Contractor Name, Timesheet Category, Approval Category, and Contractor Category, then select the plus button to finish.

8. To link a document (template) to the project, select Choose file to find the file on your device, add the file Description, and select Add File to finish.
