Reviewing a Form

To review a form that has been submitted, follow the steps below.

You need to be assigned as a Permit Role Approver or Site Monitor (if applicable) to be able to review a form

1. You will receive an email letting you know there is a form for review. You will also have an alert on your Dashboard.

2. Review the responses.

3. If an attachment has been requested, you will be able to download and view the attachment by clicking the blue hyperlink.

4. At the bottom of the form you can select Save and Submit if the from will be approved. There are other options available if you select the blue arrow to the right of the button. They are explained below:

  • Save Draft and Exit - This will save the form and you will have the option to come back and continue your review later. The status of the form will remain the same.

  • Save & Request More Information - This will send the form back to the person who submitted and they have a chance to update the information. The status of the form will change to Feedback Required.

  • Save & Set on Hold - The form can be set on hold if you need to confirm or clarify anything related. The status will change to On Hold and will be need to be taken off hold for the process to continue.

  • Cancel Form - This will cancel the application and will require a new form be created if required for compliance. The form status will change to Cancelled and can’t be reversed.

  • Cancel - This will discard any changes made during editing.
