Actions can be closed out from the dashboard or from the actions list.
1. Go to the Inspection module and select Actions. By default you will be presented with Incomplete Actions assigned to yourself.
2. Use the following features to narrow down your results.
a. Use the search bar to quickly find specific actions by keywords (1)
b. Select the Filters button to apply specific criteria to your action search (2)
c. Select the Only My Actions to filter the list for actions assigned to you personally (3)
d. Select the Incomplete Action button to filter out all the completed actions and focus on those that still need attention (4)
3. To close out an item on the list, open the record by selecting the View / Update button.
4. Fill in the details below
a. Enter your comment in the Add Comment field (1)
b. Set the Date of Action by selecting on the corresponding field and selecting the date when the activity was completed or is planned to be completed (2)
c. Confirm the completion status of the activity by selecting Yes in the Completed field; if the activity is not finished, select No or select Partial if it's partially completed (3)
d. If there are any relevant documents or images related to the activity, use the Add File section to upload them by either selecting the upload area or dragging and dropping files into it (4)
e. Once all information is filled out and any optional files are uploaded, select the Add Activity button to save the new activity to the record (5)
5. If you need to remove the action item for any reason, select the Delete Action button.
Be cautious with this step as it is not be reversible.
6. To view items that have already been closed (Completed), use the Search feature or apply Filters as needed.
