The Dashboard is the main page you land on once you have registered your account. It displays actionable items, approaching deadlines, and overdue tasks, including Inspection Actions and Scheduled Inspections.
1. Upon logging in, you will be directed to the New ComplyFlow (NCF) Dashboard. To find inspections not listed in the Alerts table, use the Search box and/or Filters option.
The Search bar works with part-match searching, so you don’t have to write a full sentence to search for an Inspection.
2. When you select the Filters button (beside the search box), it will display the Filters slide-over panel. Select Inspection Action and/or Scheduled Inspection from the Entity Type dropdown options and select Done.

3. To initiate action on an Inspection Action, select Add Activity.
4. You will then be routed to the Inspections > Actions page, and a slide-over panel will display the actionable item. You can select Delete Action to remove it from the Inspection or select Add Activity after completing the required fields (marked with an asterisk).
Start a Scheduled Inspection
5. Select Start Inspection. (Refer to this guide to learn more about Scheduled Inspections).
Scheduled inspections can either be completed on the Inspection app on a mobile or via the browser.
6. You will then be routed to Inspections > Inspections List, and a pop-up box will display. Select Yes to complete the inspection on a computer.
7. Work your way through the items in the template. For more details on completing the criteria refer to Adding Inspections | Start an Inspection using a Computer (Web App)
8. Once complete, select Complete Inspection at the top right of the screen. If you need to exit the inspection you can select Save and come back later. The status of the inspection will remain In Progress.
A Scheduled Inspection can be started from the Dashboard Notification or the Inspection Mobile App
Starting an Inspection manually will also mark the Inspection off the Schedule if it meets the criteria.
