The Inspection app enables users to efficiently manage actions in the field by updating action statuses in real time, capturing evidence, and verifying completion. This is a step-by-step guide on closing an action and marking it as Completed.
To close pending actions on a computer via the web app, refer to
1. Sign in to the mobile app using your ComplyFlow email and password, or login with Microsoft. Select the relevant organisation if you have more than one available.
2. Select the three-bar options icon located at the top right corner, then select Sync Inspections > Send / Receive Actions > OK. This ensures you have up-to-date data before beginning.
3. Select Pending Actions to view all incomplete items you are responsible for, then select the Inspection Action you want to review.
4. Review the Actions Details, scroll down and select Add Activity.
5. Add details in the Add Activity area and select Done once finished. The details you can add include:
a. Capture a photo or select from your phone's gallery
b. Describe the action taken in the comment section *This is mandatory
c. Add the Date of Action.
d. Select the status of the action after this activity. The options are complete (Tick), incomplete (Cross) and Partial complete.
e. If this action was completed by somebody else you can select them from the dropdown
6. The activity will now show in the Activity History section showing it is Completed. Scroll down and select Done.
7. After completing the task, a note that says ‘Completed Actions ready to sync’ will appear in the Pending Actions area. Select the three-bar options icon at the top right corner, then select Sync Inspections > Send/Receive Actions > OK. This syncs the action that was just added.
