Staff Plant Categories

Follow these steps to assign Plant Categories to staff.

1. Go to the ‘Staff’ tab and click ‘List’.

2. Click on the ‘view’ button to enter the persons record.

3. Scroll down to ‘Plant Categories’ table. Select the plant category from the drop-down and click the

plus.jpg

button to save.

Note: Plant categories will trigger documents that are required to become active for the plant selected.

4. Once the requirements have been met (documents approved) the plant category status will change to active in the staff profile.
