To generate a list of your staff, follow these steps:
1. Go to ‘Staff’ tab and select ‘List’.
2. On the following screen, you will need to select the relevant filters.
a) To display the list of staff using a specific status, use the ‘Status’ filter (1).
b) To generate a staff list showing a specific staff category use the ‘Staff Categories’ filter. (2).
c) Using the ‘Document Categories’ filter you can narrow down the staff members that have been assigned a specific document category (3).
d) Use ‘Projects/Sites’ filter to display the staff list that is assigned to one or more projects/sites(4).
e) Use the ‘Plant Categories’ filter to get the staff list with a specific plant category they have been assigned (5).
f) To get all staff members with a specific employment status they have been assigned, use the ‘Employment Status’ filter (6).
g) Fill in the staff members name in ‘Search’ filter to find a specific person in the system (7).
h) Click the ‘Filter button to generate the list (8).
3. To export the staff list use the ‘Export to CSV’ button on the top right of the table.
a) ‘Name’ column will show the staff members name (1).
b) Check the staff status under the ‘Status’ column (2).
c) ‘Login Email’ column will display the staff members email address used to log-in to the system (3).
d) Check the staff category a staff member has been assigned in ‘Categories’ column (4).
e) ‘Outstanding’ column will show the outstanding documents and online inductions a staff member must attempt (5).
f) The generated staff list can be exported in CSV format by clicking ‘Export to CSV’ (6).
