Deactivation of Staff

If the reason for deactivation is not in the list you will need to add it in the configuration. The configuration is the section where all settings, categories and options are set-up. To modify any of those, you need to have the security access to that area.

1. Navigate to the Configuration module by selecting ‘Configuration’ from the menu bar across the top of your screen.

2. Scroll down until you come to Deactivate Reason section. You can add a new reason for deactivation by clicking on the

plus.png

button or click on

ceruza.png

to edit an existing reason.

3. If you chose to add a new reason, fill in the ‘Reason’ field the click on the ‘Save’ button.

4. If you need to update the reason, edit the ‘Reason’ field and click ‘Save’ button.
