Summary
Worker Details > Document tab > Upload Document - The count badge for enterprise client/contractor will be updated in real-time after document categories are actioned and uploaded.
Client APP > New Staff List updates:
a. We display the outstanding online tests requested inside the tooltip when hovering over any Staff User’s status. They will appear under the 'Other Requests' section.
b. We are displaying the outstanding Document Categories requested from the Site Details, Plant Categories, and individually as additional requests.
c. After adding a new staff record, the number of entries on the page will now display correctly.
d. The search filter was broken during development, and it has been fixed.
Forms Module > this specific scenario has been updated to function correctly: 'Parent Q2 triggers Child Q1, and then Parent Q1 triggers Parent Q2 to be hidden.' As a result, this case will also hide Child Q1 now.
Contractor APP > Worker List > Worker Details under any Client, update the data under the 'What does this mean?' modal to show when the Worker hasn’t been assigned a Worker Category AND/OR Worker Category Types.
Forms Module > when the Contact Person is a Worker reviewing/approving the section, the changes made after submitting the question will now be saved. This applies specifically when the Section 1 approver is set to be the 'Contact person, the Worker'.
Client APP > Configuration Module, the 'default' flag for Project Roles and Timesheet categories will no longer reset after new data is created.
Client APP > New Dashboard > Incident related alerts:
a. Fixed to correctly display the data under Entity.
b. The Dismiss button has also been fixed to work as expected.
Contractor Registration page > the Trade Name field is now required for non AU contractors when registering, including New Zealand, etc.
Client APP > Inspection List data table housekeeping (obsolete code has been removed).
20-10-2023 Inspection V10 release
Summary
New Inspection Email Alert: At the start of each day, receive an alert with any new inspection actions assigned to the staff user in the past 24 hours. Conditions to trigger the email alert are as follows:
Actions with “Action Required = Y”
And “Completed = N”
If the actions/items marked with 'Action Required = Y' are closed with any activity before the email is sent, they should no longer be counted, as 'Completed = Y'
Note: If there are no actions matching the conditions, the email alert will not be sent.
