14-09-2023 quick release

Summary

  1. Client APP > New Staff List > Add Staff CTA button UI fix in responsive mode

  2. Update Staff API endpoint fixed to return an error message instead of a Fatal error when the “custom_people1” payload data doesn’t match with the data from the CF System

  3. Client APP > Tax Invoice feature > generating invoices fixed.

    • the issue here was caused by a bug that was checking the Contractor Primary Admin incorrectly.

    • the fix applied here correct the data and the invoices should generate now for these scenarios.

    • also other parts of the system were affected where the Primary Admin is involved, everything should be ok.

  4. New Inspection APP > Staff having Audit RW permission and the Staff Inspection creator(without access rights):

    • are able to edit/update/delete all Inspection marked as “Completed”

    • if the Inspection’s status = “In Progress”, it cannot be deleted.

  5. Contractor APP > Worker logins > Worker List > another fix applied for the Status column to show correctly based on the new business rules.

  6. Client APP > Navigation to the Safety Stats module and back has been fixed.

  7. Contractor APP > Worker Details > Manage > Slide Over Panel > the Unassigned Worker from the Organisation feature has been fixed again for another specific scenario where it was failing (licence feature involved)

  8. Client APP > Incident APP > Adding an activity from the Action button will open the correct slide over panel now.

    • this issue happened in the Incident Form Details view only.

  9. Client APP > navigation from the new menu back to the OCF Dashboard fixed again for some specific scenarios

  10. Suppliers Module > the new menu label has been updated to show Suppliers

  11. Suppliers Module > Active and compliant filter has been fixed to return the data correctly

  12. Client APP > New Staff List > The photos will show again under the Name field

  13. Client APP > Suppliers > Supplier Detail view shows the module label correctly now

  14. Client APP > Configuration Module > The "Timesheet Categories" view navigation fixes again

  15. Client APP > New Dashboard Feedback - the Contractor worker name will show now in the review document modal

  16. Client APP > Contractor List > CSV Export fixed to show the Status correctly without html text

  17. Client APP > Incident Module > Incident Form Details > the Add CA button will show now also for:

    • user with Site level Incident RW access rights

    • incident creator without access rights

  18. Client APP > New Staff List > CSV Export fixed to show the Staff user’s name correctly

  19. Contractor APP > Workers request a new token link > the system will generate the “no reply” email alert correctly now, to include the missing .au
