Summary
Forms Module > the CSV exporting all questions for a specific Form Type has been optimised.
Client APP > Contractor’s Status in the ORG to update in case the Form requested has been deleted or canceled for any reason.
Client APP > Contractor’s Status in the ORG to update accordingly when “More Info is requested” after the Contractor will submit the Section 1.
Forms Module > System generated Form from the Contractor Categories > the "Start Date" of the Form to consider the Project time zone instead of the default time zone (Sydney)
Forms Module > Forms with “Not Started” status can be edited now using the Staff login.
Forms Module > hiding questions from the child question-answer should work also with all question types that have answers to select(Checkbox/Radio/Drop down, Yes/No)

08-09-2023 Worker Profile Compliance Feedback
Summary
Contractor APP > Worker List updates
1.1 Account Status and Account Type will show under the Name column now
1.2 New Status column to show the worker’s overall compliance status under all Clients.
1.3 Hovering over the data under Organisations → the same tooltip also updated with the new status

2. When we want to view any worker’s details from the Worker List, it will open in the same browser tab now, it will no longer open a new tab.
3. Also when accessing the Worker List and applying filters to refresh the date etc, it should be much faster now as it was optimised. At least this should be mostly visible where Contractors have hundreds of workers.
3.1 The only problem left here is with the pagination when we select 100 records to show on page. This part is being optimised as we speak and it will be released asap.
4. Worker Details view > Enterprise Clients > opening the details (slide over panel) under any Client > we introduced a info modal to show more details about the worker’s compliance status under each Client
4.1 This can be opened from the “What does it mean?” link from the top left corner
4.2 the scope of this modal is to provide a better UX and more info when the status is NOT COMPLIANT or PENDING REVIEW

4.4 NOTE: this modal will be available also from the Worker List when we click on the status badge, but it was temporarily disabled until we patch things up as currently it’s not accurate unfortunately.
5. Keep in mind that when we action requests for any worker, the Compliance Status in the Worker Details will update instantly, but in the Worker List it takes up to 1 minute. (the compliance CRON runs every minute, same as the Overall Status update in the Staff login)
6. We also introduced a new feature when opening the slide over panel next to any Enterprise Client to manage the worker. “Unassign worker from {Client/ORG Name}”
6.1 This means, the Worker ADMIN can deactivate the worker under each Client, exactly the same way we can do it using the Staff login.
6.2 Once they do this, they cannot revert it, only the Staff user can revert it by activating the worker again.
