Summary

  1. Client APP > New Inspection module > Inspection Action list view performance related side effect from the previous release has been fixed.

  2. Incident Module > Potentially notifiable Incidents > Add users/ Manage users feature > the Staff list to include all Staff users having Incident R and/or RW, both ORG and Site level

  3. Incident Module > Adding and Editing any Corrective Action or Investigation, will no longer show the Staff users duplicated in the "Assigned Staff" drop down field.

  4. FORMS Module > Contractor status related fix to ensure the status updates also when the Permit/Form is cancelled or deleted for any reason.
