Release Notes 25-08-2023

Summary

  1. CF System security related improvements preventing XSS payloads in multiple areas.

  2. CF System security improvements.

  3. Forms Module configuration> the left menu's responsiveness on smaller screens has been resolved.

  4. Contractor APP > Worker List > the tooltip under the Organisation column has been fixed.

  5. Contractor API Issue Resolved> The email addresses for workers who haven't registered their accounts will display accurately.

  6. LMS Moodle fix when creating a new user in LMS

  7. Contractor APP > Worker Details > Restricted Admin with no Enterprise Client(s) > the Enterprise Client section will show correctly.

  8. Contractor APP > Worker Details > Your Company section > Selecting the badge for Internal Documents, the new tab opened will apply the filters correctly.

  9. Contractor APP > Worker logins > Documents List > Documents that have been uploaded, valid/Active, but no longer requested/unassigned > option to upload again has been removed.

  10. Contractor APP > Document List - Action button style and size fixed to match the system design.

  11. FORMS Module > fixed error when the Applicant (Worker) is the Contact Person > The next section approver to ensure the Company Documents are automatically assigned to the Company > Additional Document requests IF there are any triggered when submitting the 1st section.

  12. Contractor APP > Restricted Admin registered but doesn't activate the Account yet > another Admin from that Company will "archive" the Restricted Admin and “Unarchive” → this process has been fixed.

  13. Contractor APP > Worker Details view > Compliance Settings section clicking on the Badge Count next to any Enterprise Client or from the slide over panel under any Client > the Dashboard in the new tab will apply the correct filters now (fixed)

  14. Client APP > Staff Admin login > Admin Functions > Login History Attempts > pagination fixed.

  15. Client APP > Live Access Dashboard > if the signed in "user's name" contains special character.

  16. Client APP > "Contractor/Supplier Approval" email alert > Project Company Documents AND Optional Company Documents will no longer be taken into consideration to ensure the conditions for sending the email alert are as expected.

  17. CF System update for all Users > The old password field using md5 is no longer in use, we are using now the new password field (encrypted using bcrypt).

  18. Client Application Update> The "License and Tax Invoice Managers" menu within the Settings section will now be accessible even for Client ORG that are not utilising any licenses (Legacy/Free Clients).

  19. Client APP > New Menu under Staff/Incident/Inspection/etc > the ORG logo will show correctly on the top right side using the Safari browser.

  20. Client APP > New Staff List > Filters > Document Categories filter related fix to avoid performance problems.

  21. FORMS Module > when filling out the form, we can hide now questions also when the question-answer is coming from a child question under a main question.

  22. Contractor APP > Worker List > the buttons under the Alert columns are fixed.

  23. Contractor API > endpoints Get Employee Detail and GET Employee List API to include "Account status (Client)" field.

  24. Contractor API > endpoint Get Employee Detail has been updated to return only the most recent status for each training course

  25. Other system improvements have also been included in this release.
