New Staff List release v1

Summary

Staff List refactored, Adding Staff refactored and a new feature that allows the Staff User to assign multiple Staff users to multiple Projects/Sites.

1. Adding Staff using the new System Design (slide over panel)

1.1 It is important to know that once the Staff User has been added, the invitation email is sent straight away and the status becomes “Email Sent”, there is no more “Pending” status created. The existing data will not change.

1.2 We can send the invitation again from the Action button drop down next to each Staff user with “Email Sent” or “Pending” status (Staff RW ORG level required, this didn’t change).

2. Ability to select multiple Staff users and to assign the selected Staff users to 1 or multiple Projects/Sites using the new “Bulk Actions > Assign to Sites” feature.

3. Each Staff User’s details will be shown using a tooltip when hovering over the Status and/or the Staff Categories.

4. Uploading requested or voluntary documents to any Staff User can be done from the Action > Upload Documents feature next to each Staff User. (See screenshot from point 1.b).

Summary

Another round of bug fixes and general improvements around the New Inspection module. We are getting close to a final version, but we are not yet there. V9 is next.

System related bug fixes and improvements.

1. Contractor APP > Worker Administrators managing the Global Worker Documents for their workers > bug fixed to ensure the status and the Global Worker Document Categories are showing correctly in the Document Lists when requested from the Contractor AND any other Client(s).

2. Contractor APP > Licences > additional improvements to ensure Contractor Administrators can manage the licences without problems for any Standard Client.

2.1. Also fixed the part where the Contractors were able to purchase Premium licences without having any Premium Client assigned.2

2.2 Note:

As a reminder, when we set up any Premium Client in CF, we need to circle back and fix some outstanding issues to ensure the licence feature functionality works properly under multiple Organisation Contractors with both Standard and Premium Clients assigned.

3. Contractor APP > Worker List UI bug fix in mobile view mode.

4. Client APP > Contractor Approval Process in the Organization's email alert > The email alert to go out accordingly based on the Contractor’s status with FORMS included.

5. Incident APP > Users should not be able to send the Incident Notification more than once > fixed again.

6. Client APP > Processing Company Documents from the OCF > Additional improvement/fix to ensure the CTA button is disabled after the first click to avoid unnecessary issues.

7. Contractor Tax Invoice Feature > The email alert sent when the Tax Invoice is generated has been updated.

8. A few more additional bug fixes have also been included.
