June 2023 SR 1

Summary

This release focuses on addressing bugs and making improvements to the system.

  • Notable enhancements include improvements in the Contractor APP's UI for mobile browsers and smaller screens, as well as usability enhancements in the Contractor Registration Form's "step 2" on mobile browsers. The registration process modal functionality for Connect Clients registering for a free account has been improved.

  • In the Client APP, a significant change has been made related to Project Document Categories, preventing automatic expiration unless there is more than one valid category on the same Project. The Site Sign-in Book now handles archived and deactivated users better, signing them in as "Visitors" when they use the QR Code sign-in feature.

  • The New Inspections Module has been updated with the "New Client Refactored Menu," and the Safety Stats navigation in the Client APP has been fixed. However, this fix led to another issue in the Configuration Module, specifically in the "Timesheet Categories" view, which has been raised as a ticket and addressed.

  • In the Incident Module, users can now forward the initial notification from the Reports view even when no files are attached. Additionally, the Inspection API has been improved to include an Outstanding Actions field for Plant Inspection. However, its functionality will require the upcoming releases of the Inspection IOS and Android APPs, which are currently undergoing testing.

  • The release also includes several general system improvements, aimed at enhancing overall performance and user experience.
