Summary

High priority issues fixed and the Inspection Action list optimisation.

  • Optimization of the New Inspection Action list in the Client APP has resulted in a significant improvement

    • Action list loading time, reducing it from 1 minute and 40 seconds to just 17-18 seconds.

    • This optimization also addressed several filter-related issues.

  • The Client APP's Inspection List view filters and Templates List view filters have been fixed.

  • In the Contractor APP, the loading time of the Documents List view in the Worker Admin login has been optimized.

  • For Global Worker Document Categories, both Client and Company requested, uploading multiple documents will no longer cause automatic expiration of the Document Categories with "Awaiting Approval" status.

  • In the Forms Module, the "Save" CTA button has been fixed to prevent multiple clicks when editing a question value.

  • In the Contractor APP's Worker logins, the border from the table header and bottom is now displaying correctly, thanks to a fix. This issue was present in the List views for Workers, Plants, and Documents.

  • When registering as a Worker through the Contractor APP's token link, the Email Address field will now ignore capital letters to improve the user experience.

  • In the Contractor App's Documents List, the filter for "Required By" has been fixed for Worker non-admin logins.

  • In the Client App, the "Owner" field in Contractor Details will now be editable for Staff users with Contractor RW ORG level.

  • In the Client APP's Tax Invoice feature, generating an invoice using a Tax Invoice Template will also populate the "Tax Item" field from "Tax Invoice > Contractor Details" to ensure accuracy in recurring invoices automatically generated by the system.

  • A bug fix has been implemented for the Plant Hardware Inspection Integration in the Client APP.
