Incident Module
Incident Module > the Staff Admin login > there have been updates made to allow seamless switching between Organizations. Additionally, the ability to create new TAGs or edit existing TAGs has been implemented. As a result of these changes, the Security Groups and Notification Groups will now display data from each respective Organization.
Incident Module > Notification Group > Notification Rule edited > the existing "Question-answer(s)" will now be visible. It's important to note that this update only addresses a user interface bug that prevented the data from displaying on the page for certain Notification Groups and Notification Rules. The data itself in the database was unaffected.
Forms & Contractor Status
When contractors register using the Registration Form or existing contractors join another client using the Invitation Code, their contractor category selection or assignment will now take into account if any form/permit is required. Here are a few examples:
If a contractor has been automatically generated and requested a permit/form from the assigned contractor categories, but no document categories have been requested, their status will be changed to "DOCUMENTS PENDING" instead of "APPROVALS PENDING" or "ACTIVE."
After the contractor submits the form(s)/permit(s) and "Section 1" is approved (either manually or automatically), and if no company document categories are triggered by the question-answers in the form/permit, their status will be "APPROVALS PENDING" or "ACTIVE."
If at least one company document category is triggered and assigned as an additional requirement, the contractor's status will remain "DOCUMENTS PENDING" until that specific company document category is approved as per usual.
Note: that the contractor's status is affected only when forms/permits are automatically generated using the Invitation Code during registration or when joining a new organization. Any additional forms/permits created by workers or clients will not impact the contractor's status.
