Qualification Code
Qualification Description
Our System Design (utilizing new Valex components) has been implemented in almost all views, resulting in a comprehensive refactoring and update process.
Additional required fields have been introduced when adding or editing an incident form:
The Incident Shift Time
Date Reported
Formatting improvements have been made to the Incident PDF export to align more closely with our System Design.
The badge colors, count, and status surrounding Corrective Actions have been fixed and enhanced to accurately display and provide a better user experience (UX).
Corrective Action permissions and usability have been improved to ensure that any Staff User can perform the Corrective Actions assigned to them, regardless of whether they have Incident R/RW access rights. In cases where the Incident is Notifiable/Restricted, they will automatically be granted access to close out the Corrective Actions.
Note: These business rules have been consistently applied across all views where users can close out Corrective Actions.
It is now possible to create Investigations directly from the Investigation List view.
The functionality for the "Image MAP" question type has been improved, resolving any editing issues.
