  • Update: Investigations feature
    - there can be only 1 Investigation per Incident
    - the Investigation can be configured to show under a specific section only or to be triggered by a question-answer
    - Email alerts are sent out as follows:
    * 7/1 day(s) due
    * to the Staff assigned when created
    * to the Staff assigned after it’s edited and saved again.
    - status, adding activities/closing out, details on the page.

  • Update: Incident Notifiable feature - Notification updates
    - Clients using the Notifiable feature, will have a specific Notification Group assigned to ensure only the Users from that Notification Group will be notified, regardless if there are other Notification Groups triggered.
    - If the Incident becomes “Unrestricted”, notifications can be sent to any other Notification Group triggered
    - Clients not using the Notifiable feature or if the Incident created is not Notifiable, the Notification Groups and notifications will behave as normal.

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Worker Details > Documents view > Document History > the "Back to Document List" CTA button fixed to take the User back to the previous page.

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Worker Admin logins > Worker Details view > Documents tab and List > "Delete & Redo" can only be clicked once from the Action drop-down.

  • Fixed: Client APP > PSB View > the "Export PDF" next to Plant items was removed (this is for people only)

  • Fixed: Live Access Dashboard > List view > Action drop-down improvements

  • Fixed: Option to auto-configure Global Documents and default worker categories when a new Organisation Account is set up.
