  • Client APP > Staff List > “OUTSTANDING” column update, related to Staff Documents requested from the Project Details view in CSV Export update.

  • Contractor APP > the “Grant Access Dashboard alert” action buttons have been updated. UX is clearer for Worker Admins managing Restricted Admins.
    - pop up confirmation will show for each action button used informing the User the outcome.

  • Forms Module in the Client APP > “Question List” view error fix

  • Contractor APP > uploading worker documents from the:
    - Documents → Document List view
    - Worker Details → Documents List for the Worker
    the “Uploading Multiple files for this Worker” option has been added and it works the same as it does from the Dashboard view upload modal.

  • Client APP > the transfer feature for “Staff Document approvals” has been fixed again.

  • Contractor APP > the “Tax Invoice” panel has been fixed and updated to ensure a better visibility and access to all logged in Worker Administrators managing the Company across multiple Clients.
    - the Primary Admin for example will always see and have access to any active/unpaid tax invoice item from any Client (regardless).

  • Contractor App > Worker Detail > UI fix for the Connect Client table

  • FORMS Module > Permit Details > we adjusted and fixed multiple places to show the timestamp correctly based on the timezone set in the Project Details.
    - Permit History actions
    - Permit question answers
    - Permit Details section
    - Permit List

  • Contractor APP > Plant & Vehicles List view > the option to “Archive” and “Unarchive” Plant items has been added back. It’s improved and more UX now.
    - a couple of more bugs will be still fixed and released soon for this feature.

  • Contractor APP > uploading Worker Document Categories requested internally to show the correct text on the upload modal’s info panel.

  • Forms Module > another fix for the “Required questions” to show the red asterisks.

  • Contractor APP > Restricted Admins hovering over the "Download" button disabled for worker documents, the tooltip was missing and it has been fixed now.

  • Contractor APP > Document List in responsive mode > minor UI fix around the Worker’s Name

  • Incident Module > Image Map question type fixes and improvement

  • Contractor APP > Worker Details > Internal Requirements slide over panel - the Toast message will show now after assigning internal document(s).

  • Contractor APP > Worker Details > Internal Requirements slide over panel > View Documents button in responsive mode has been fixed to expand the Document List as expected.

  • Contractor APP > Documents List view > "Approved" Company Document Details from the Action menu it's showing the correct status now for “Conditionally approved” Company Documents

  • Contractor APP > Worker logins(Admins/Non-Admins) > Worker Details > slide over panel > Offline Training section > UI fixes to show the data clearly in Desktop and Mobile / responsive mode

  • Contractor APP > Dashboard view > if there are no requirements to show the correct panel has been fixed

  • Contractor APP > Worker logins > managing the worker details under any Client (slide over panel) from the mobile devices (mobile browser mode) > Document section CTA button UI bug

  • Client App > Configuration > Document Categories > Option to add Document Checklists (Internal and External)

  • Fixed: Staff List > Outstanding Documents should not show People Documents requested from the Project Details view for deactivated Staff on the Project

  • Fixed: Grant Access Dashboard alert - clicking on "Make Admin" or "Ignore" buttons to follow with a confirmation pop up

  • Fixed: Forms Module > Accessing the Forms Question List from the Staff login triggers errors

  • Fixed: Upload document modal invoked from Document list and Worker detail >Document tab does not have prompt for bulk upload and global document client count.

  • Fixed: Transferring Staff Documents doesn't work as expected for Staff having ORG level access rights and not assigned to a Project

  • Fixed: Tax Invoice Dashboard alert > the Primary Admin should see the alert regardless if assigned or not under the Client(s) the invoice is generated from

  • Fixed: Contractor App > Worker Detail > Collapse to block Connect Client table still has redundant line

  • Fixed: FORMS Module > Permit Details data modified > the time recorded is using the default AU timezone when the Forms/Permit validity period is using the Timezone from the Project/Site

  • Fixed: Permit Details view > the Date/Time format for question history is different, it shows Date only instead of Date/Time as before

  • Fixed: Filters in Plant List (and the new Archived Plant List) results not updated

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > uploading Worker Document Categories requested internally, the wrong text message is showing when the same Document Category is uploaded multiple times

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Plant > Archiving Plant conditions are missing (When archived the plant item should be marked as “Not In use” and signed out of any projects it is signed into)

  • Fixed: Forms Module > Required questions are no longer showing the red asterisk next to the Questions(s)

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Restricted Admins hovering over the "Download" button disabled for worker documents, the tooltip is missing

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Document List in responsive mode > The Worker Name field is not centered in the collapsed blocks

  • Fixed: Incident APP > Image Map question type on page > when editing the Incident, we need to hide the Contributing Factors label and data from this view and show the "Answer" only

  • Fixed: Internal Requirements slide over panel - Toast message does not display after assigning internal document.

  • Fixed: Internal Requirements slide over panel > View Documents button - Selecting this button while on accordion layout in mobile responsive view does not expand the worker document list accordion.

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Documents List view > "Approved" Company Document Details from the Action menu is showing "Conditionally Approved" the status

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Plant List and Worker List> "Not Compliant" button UI bug

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Worker logins(Admins/Non-Admins) > Worker Details > slide over panel > Offline Training section > table problems
