  • Update: From the Contractor APP > Worker logins (all types) > opening any Worker Details view - should provide user a better UX to manage their workers in their own Company and/or across Enterprise Clients

- the Manage button next to every Client, will open a slide over panel where Compliance & HR can be managed

- Company Internal Document management for each Worker → Assign Documents

- Sharing the Worker to existing or new Connect Clients → Share to Client

- the Compliance status in this view and under each Client inside the Manage Client view, provides a clear visibility

- very accurate badge with counts for outstanding items

- if the Worker doesn’t have a licence or it’s expired, the CTA button under Actions will look like this:

- the logged in Worker Admin’s authority to manage the Worker’s compliance and HR under each Client, it’s using the same concept as before, it’s still determined by the logged in User’s authority

In case the worker has the Manage button disabled, it means it doesn’t have the authority to manage that worker under that Client. (see above the screen shot)

- Opening the slide over panel from the Manage button, the User can easily assign/unassign Worker Categories, Additional Document requests, Sites, see the Worker’s Online and Offline training records

- Compliance status for Worker Categories / Plant & Vehicle Categories / Sites / Training / Documents

- Location Compliance under each Project/Site Zone

Location compliance is based on the Compliance Filters

- Worker Departments and HR Details showing also based on the Client’s ORG Configuration

- most of the data in this view will be updated in real time based on the logged in User’s actions

  • Update: Admin Functions > Search account feature around workers shared with Connect Clients, to show the Connect Clients in the same row instead of multiple rows

  • Update: Worker logins (all) > Documents List > Filters > Status , the "Conditionally Approved" value was removed because it is for Staff only

  • Update: Contractor APP > Worker Admin logins > Company view → the Licence menu from the Profile drop down is now showing

  • Update: On Incident APP:
    - Corrective Action details, the hyperlink from the "Staff Assigned" and "Created By" field values was removed
    - the User navigation in the module to show the left menus highlighted correctly
    - the User sending out the initial Incident notification → removed the option to attach files from the modal

  • Update: Client APP → Settings → the Organisation Details view can now be accessed by the Super User only

  • Update: Forms Module > ability to assign any contractor an additional document requirements for matching question responses

  • Fixed: Contractor APP > Document Types > UI / responsiveness around the CTA button (Add a Document Type)

  • Fixed: Improvements around the action buttons when the button is clicked and the data is loading

  • Fixed: Forms Module → The Cancel CTA button will redirect the User to the old Forms Dashboard view

  • Fixed: Forms module → Permit Details error (under a specific account only)

  • Fixed: Client APP > Adding Contractor > Contractor registration process (side effect from the previous release)
