  • Update: Contractor Worker logins (both Admin and Worker) → the Documents uploaded to show in the Documents List even if the Worker’s Licence expired and got deactivated

  • Update: Client APP → Worker List in the Contractor Details view > the “Copy login link“ and “Send login email“ button to be hidden. From the Worker Details >Admin tab as well
    - Note: only after the worker had the Account registered

  • Update: Client APP → Plant & Vehicles List > accessing any Plant item's records, the "Make" field can be edited and updated again

  • Update: Contractor App > Plant & Vehicles > The “Search” filter to include the Plant Unit ID

  • Update: Okta provisioning update → Email alert sent to Mitch with specific details only the first time the Worker becomes “Compliant”

  • Update: Client App > Configuration > Personal Details Requests → the new field “Job Title” was made to work also with “Staff members”
    - the “Job Title” field will show in the Staff records
    - the “Job Title” field field will show when adding Staff
    - the “Job Title” field will be included in all API calls for Staff
    - the “Job Title” field will be requested in the “Personal Details Verification” wizard.
    - the “Job Title” field included in the Staff List → CSV Export

  • Update: The navigation menu in the Incident module has been update with a new design (this design will be implemented later across the other modules as well)
    - everything should be working the same as before
    - the pages were also partially updated along with some elements
    - the new Valex design hasn’t been applied yet, but it’s WIP

  • Update: “Notifiable Incident” is a new feature → it will have a slightly different flow compared with the existing Incident flow

This is how it will work:

Step 1 → the User will create a new Incident

Step 2 → when creating the Incident and you hit the CTA button, there will be a pop up prompting the User to select one of the 2 options.

Step 3 → if Yes is selected → it will take the User to the Incident List next.

  • this Incident will be “restricted”

  • only the Staff members assigned to the Security Group set in the Configuration:
    - will see the Incident in the Incident List
    - will be able to open/edit/manage the details

  • from the Incident Details the Staff can “Add and Manage” other Staff users, granting them access to this Incident while it’s “Restricted”

  • from the Incident Details the Staff can “Unrestrict” the Incident and then the Incident will be available to other Staff members also (it will become a regular Incident the same as before)

Step 4 → if No is selected → it will work the same way, nothing changes.

Note: Using the “Notifiable Incident” feature → any Incident can also be “restricted” from the Incident Details view.
- this action can be done only the Staff members assigned to the Security Group set in the Configuration

  • Fixed: Contractor app > Dashboard > Batch upload slide over panel to show the filename properly regardless of filename length

  • Fixed: API call for GET Worker List → not to show the Plant Document Categories, only the Operator Competencies

  • Fixed: The “&” special character fix when the Contractors are self registering
    - the DB will store the data properly
    - also created a command to fix the existing broken data

  • Fixed: Incident Module security vulnerability to prevent the users uploading not allowed file types

  • Fixed: Contractor App > Plant List View > Compliance label color
