  • Fixed: Adding Staff from the Staff login, the “Email Address” field validations were fixed

  • Fixed: The new Permit Email alerts “Submitted By <Name>” has been fixed to show the <Name> correctly

  • Update: Permit Email notification improvements

    • the Permit section is submitted

    • the Permit becomes

  • Update: Permit Dashboard alert

    • button label changed to Click Here for users acting as "Permit section reviewer and/or approver"

    • staff login Dashboard alert will have a new field “Contractor”

    • the new status will show more clearly

    • the Transfer Permit Holder button has been removed from the Worker Dashboard alert, but it’s still available in the Permit Details view.

  • Update: Permit Type → Permit Section details → new field “Permit Section Status”

    • the field will be “Required”

    • the status entered here will show up instead of the Section Name in the Permit List view, Permit Details view, Permit Dashboard Alert view, PDF export and Email Alert (also in the Permit Filter from the Permit List)

  • Update: Creating / Editing a Permit Type, the “Document Categories” have been removed, no longer in use

  • Update: Permit left menus “Disciplines” and “Chainages” were removed from the Staff Permit Admin login. no longer in use at the moment

  • Update: Permit List, Permit Details view and the PDF exported → the “Location / Chainages” label has been renamed to “Location”

  • Update: People registering with the

    Public Registration Contractor will be redirected to the Dashboard view after using a Client invitation code or skipping the step or using the “Add Client” feature anytime after
