Fixed: Deleting a section from a Permit doesn't cause issues when there are quesitons linked to a section.

Fixed: Permit approval BUG – Fixed the error message triggered when the Contractor’s status is not “Active”

Update: Staff login &gt; Worker List &gt; “Send Token link” feature

- If the worker is not “Active”, the Staff will no longer have the option to send the token login link.
- This applies for the Staff login only.
