  • Global Documents:

    • operational for Employees

    • the Contractor and Plant requires further update

    • Country and Flags included under each Global Document Category

    • New menu for "Global Category Types"

  • Employee Admin > the "Search" filter on the Dashboard view

    • for Employees

    • for Plant

    • results are based on the Organisations the Employee Admin is assigned and Active on, same as the Dashboard alerts.

  • Inspection Action view > "Search" filter.

  • Token Statement > "Select All" option

    • you can now select multiple companies or ALL, set the period and list the data to be exported.

  • Fixed: Project Details > Document Requests

    • Archived/Deactivated Staff from the Project will no longer be requested to upload Document Categories requested from those projects.

    • Expired Document Categories will be requested again now(for Staff), same as any other Document Categories after expiry.

    • Project/Site > Documents view to show also the "Outstanding" Document Categories requested from the Project Details > Document Requests

    • Staff and Contractor Admin going to the employee's details -Dashboard > Person section will not show expired Document Categories.

    • Staff Status around people documents requested from the Project Details view.

  • Security related tasks released.
