Individuals are requested to upload documents based on the categories selected in their profile. From the documents table, you will now be able to see what category selection is triggering each document request.
If a staff login is uploading a document on behalf of an employee and the staff login is listed as an approver, the document will be automatically approved.
Staff login > Employee Details > Dashboard view will show documents requested from all projects/sites the employee is assigned to.
Fixed: Documents added as project requirements will now affect overall status
Fixed: When an employee is deactivated from a project, deactivated from an organisation or archived, all document requests will be removed from the dashboard.
Fixed: When viewing the documents list from a Staff login > Employee records > Documents table the name of the individuals responsible for reviewing the document will be visible.
Fixed: Projects > Document has been polished to ensure all the data displayed is correct.
Fixed: When scanning QR code on cards documents assigned to the project will now show as outstanding (if applicable). Previously only documents triggered by categories would appear.
