  • You can now view the ID number for contractors, staff, employees, plant, equipment & hazardous chemicals from the details table.

  • The dropdown for the training session filter on the ‘Print Cards’ will now show from newest to oldest (newest at the top)

  • Individuals can now dismiss alerts they don’t want to appear on their dashboard.

  • There’s a new filter for Plant which allows you to search by plant category.

  • New dashboard datasets. Staff will be able to see statistics surrounding Contractors, Employees & Plant.

  • To polish up the staff contractor dashboard we’ve hidden a few details such as total Contractors, Approval category & Contractor category.

  • When a project ends the system can export data and do the following:

  • Fixed: Staff with sub accounts will only see the documents on their dashboard from contractors with the same sub account assigned.

  • Fixed: We fixed an issue where un-assigning employee categories or projects would un-enrol individuals from online training.

  • Fixed: Loading up photos in plant list was painfully slow and would even timeout sometimes, we’ve fixed this.

  • Fixed: Previously, Permits that are automatically signed out after 20 hours would not reset the sign in feature.

  • Fixed: When archiving employees, you can now rely on the warning window to appear.

  • Fixed: Employees added to contractors marked ‘not in use’ would bypass the attributes wizard where details such as DOB & address are entered.

  • Fixed: Compliance issues occuring for employees with ‘email sent’ status.

  • Fixed: Permit PDF’s wouldn’t display the ‘reviewed by’ label.
