Client APP > Training tab > the Competency Matrix feature has been updated with:
Ability to view Additional Document Categories → new filter with multiselect option
Ability to filter Active and Inactive users
FORMS module > the script responsible for sending email notifications when any Form is due to expire (at 2 and 7 days) or when expired has been fixed and updated.
took measures to ensure that notifications for all existing expired Forms/Permits were not sent out.
Client APP > Dashboard module updates:
Incident notification CTA button changed from 'Resolve' to 'Forward.'
Review Staff document modal to show the Staff 'Name' and 'Email Address.'
The 'Forward Incident notification' alert will no longer show the 'This Incident has not been classified' text unless there is at least 1 TAG triggered.
In the Client APP / Contractor APP, the Tax Invoice feature has been updated by removing the 'Renewal' text from the email alert subject.
In the Client APP, within the Incident Module's 'Injury Section,' data under the Postcode field will now be displayed accurately and in its entirety.
Client App > Incident Module > GET Incident and Injury APIs > updates have been made to the Date range filter conditions.
Inspection APP >the PDF file attached to email alerts generated after completing an inspection will now include both photos and the attendee's signature.
a. If users report receiving email alerts without the attached PDF file, the issue is most likely attributed to a large number of photos.
