02-11-2023 Incident API & Reporting columns release

Summary

  1. Incident App: Introducing New Feature - "Report Columns"

    a. The configuration can be done by a staff user with Incident Admin access rights.

    b. This can be accessed through Incident > Configuration > Reporting Column view.

    c. We can use a maximum of 3 reporting columns.

    d. Each reporting column can be assigned to only 1 specific question.

    e. Reporting columns with assigned questions will be displayed in the Incident List view.

    f. CSV exports will also include data from these reporting columns.

  2. Two New Endpoints to Retrieve Data via API

    2.1 GET Incident List

    2.2 GET Incident Injury Section

    Both endpoints can retrieve either the entire incident data or individual incident data.

    Date range filters are also available when retrieving the entire incident list data.

  3. Additional System updates:

    3.1 Client App > Dashboard > Clicking the "Dismiss" Button for the "Request Resolved" Alert on the New Dashboard now functions correctly.

    3.2 The script for the People Document Compliance report email alert has been fixed to prevent breaking when there are deleted Staff records involved.
