Summary
Incident APP > Incident “Status” updates
a. New Status: Pending Actions. This status is displayed when there is at least 1 outstanding Corrective Action and/or Investigation. Hovering over the status shows a tooltip with the outstanding actions.
b. New Status: Ready To Close. This status is assigned when all Corrective Actions and/or Investigations associated with the Incident have been closed out. Additionally, if an incident is created and submitted without any Corrective Action and/or Investigation raised, it is automatically set to Ready To Close.
c. The other statuses remain unchanged; the existing data has been updated to align with the new business rules.
d. Tooltips are included for each status when hovering over them.
New status: Not required is assigned for Corrective Actions/Investigations.
a. The option is available when we 'Add an activity' to any Corrective Action and/or Investigation.
b. Corrective Actions and Investigations with this new status will not have any impact on the Incident’s status.
The Signoff feature has been improved and updated to use the new System Design. Incidents can now be signed off either from the Incident List by clicking the Action button or from the Incident Details view.
a. You need to be assigned as the SignOff Reviewer with Incident RW access rights.
In the Incident APP > SOLV Injury section, the 'Treatment Provided' field is now required.
Multiple functionality updates have been included
a. Preventing the assignment of inactive and/or archived Staff users to Notification Groups or from signing off the incident.
b. Fixes and updates have been implemented for the Corrective Actions feature to ensure a better user experience (UX).
c. Fixes and updates for the Investigation feature have been implemented to ensure a better user experience (UX).
d. Updates have been implemented for both the Incident Details and Incident edit mode.
Incident module's user interface (UI) updated.
Incident Module: Date Field Label updates to 'Incident Date & Time'.
Additional fixes and improvements have been implemented throughout the entire development process to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.
Client App > Plant & Vehicles > QR code view, the 'hide from QR' flag has been fixed to ensure that Document Categories with this flag will not be displayed on the Plant QR Code.
Client APP > Tax Invoice feature, the first invoice created for any contractor will have a due date set to the current day (i.e., the day it's created), making it immediately overdue.
a. The Terms and Conditions have also been updated for the first invoice generated for each contractor.
b. Recurring invoices remain unchanged; they should follow the same schedule as before, being generated 30 days before their due date.
Client Dashboard, a new 'Not Overdue' filter option has been created under the Invoice Status filter.
Contractor App> Add Worker Wizard, when adding a new worker and assigning the worker to only one client, the system will automatically navigate to the setup screen.
a. When assigning more than one client, the flow will remain the same as before; nothing has changed in that aspect.
