Summary
Client APP: New option to exclude Staff users when requesting online tests from the Site/Project Detail view.
A new flag called 'Include Staff' has been added when assigning any online training from the Site/Project detail view.
If the flag is set to false (unticked), it will not prompt Staff users to complete the online tests.
If the flag is set to true (ticked), it will prompt Staff Users to complete the online tests.
Nothing has changed for workers; they will always be requested to complete the online tests the same as before.

The "Name" field validation is working again.
Inspection APP: Action List
Clicking 'View Actions' from the inspection view will now open a new tab with the correct filters applied.
