Forms Module UX updates
The changes to the Forms module web app include updates to the buttons when processing Forms. These improvements aim to enhance user experience (UX), incorporating features such as responsive design and compatibility with mobile browsers.
User Interface (UI) issues have been thoroughly addressed to ensure a seamless interaction. Importantly, these enhancements do not alter the functionality of the system. It’s now possible to delete the fields that are not utilised by any Plant Item.

The review Worker endpoint has been further secured from security vulnerabilities across organisations (i.e. between accounts)

There was an issue with the script that generates Access IDs based on the Compliance Filter – this has been resolved for a specific edge case.
Client APP and Contractor APP
An issue with uploading of photos containing special characters has been successfully resolved, ensuring that the process will not encounter any disruptions in either the old or new version of ComplyFlow.
Contractor APP: Workers login token link expired
The request for the new token link feature has been successfully addressed, and it now generates and sends the email alert in the updated format.
Client and Contractor: QR Code sign-in feature
The validations for the "Phone" field have been updated to prevent any errors when signing into a Site.
Client APP: Organisations not using the Safety Stats module
The issue regarding the deactivation feature for contractors and workers on the Project/Site has been successfully resolved.
Contractor Public Registration Form
The phone field validation has been enhanced to prevent users from adding "invalid data" that could potentially cause system errors.
The Overall Compliance script for updating Workers' overall status under each Client organisation has been successfully fixed to handle another scenario involving specific "bad data" to prevent any future disruptions.
Inspections Module
The New Component drag-and-drop form fields have been successfully fixed.
Incident APP: Notification Group
Staff users who are set as the Person Responsible and Staff users who are assigned in the Notification Group Details will appear greyed out if they have been deactivated.
Incident APP: Notification List view
A new column has been added that displays the Person/s Responsible for each Notification Group.
Contractor APP: Worker Admin login: Documents
The Document Type view in the mobile browser features an "Add Document Type" Call to Action (CTA) button that has been adjusted to align with the overall system design.
Contractor APP: Adding Workers
We have enhanced the validation for the First Name and Last Name fields to prevent users from entering special characters that were previously causing errors.
Incident APP: Incident Sign-Off slide over panel
The Search filter for the Sign-off Reviewer has been successfully fixed.
Forms Module
The Radio button component has been fixed to display correctly on the ‘MAC Mozilla browser’.
Incident APP: Staff Admin login: Configuration
The issue regarding the addition or modification of answer values for the Image MAP question type has been resolved.
Client App: Report
The count for the Total Suppliers has been resolved.
Client APP: Add Staff API
Provisioning Staff users under Sites/Projects where online training is being requested. The LMS enrolment process has been fixed and it is now functioning properly.
Client App: Risk Register: Sites: Risk by Sites
The sorting of the Last Assessed column has been fixed.
Client App
New menu navigation has been fixed to address the issue encountered when navigating from the FORM module to the new Staff module and accessing Staff records.
Client APP: New Dashboard
Certain equipment alerts were causing the entire data table to fail in loading the necessary data on the page. This issue has been resolved.
Contractor App: Workers: Add Worker Wizard
The ‘Assign Clients’ step has been updated to provide an improved user experience (UX).
The ‘Call to Action’ (CTA) button label has been updated to provide clearer meaning when the Contractor is linked with Free Clients only, Licensed Clients only, or both.
The functionality remains unchanged.
Contractor App
Improved the upload process for company document categories to prevent errors
Comply Flow Connect
Connect Clients are now able to download and review Worker Documents from shared workers.
Incident APP
The status of the Corrective Actions (CA) will now be updated accordingly, based on the business rules, when adding activities.
Inspection APP
Users who sync Inspections using the mobile and do not complete the syncing process for any reason are prevented from ‘modifying’ the Inspection details in the web app until the syncing process has been fully completed. This is done to avoid any potential data issues. Note: Only the Superuser can modify an Inspection that has not yet been fully synchronised.
Incident APP: Injury table
The Email Address field will be automatically populated and made uneditable for Internal Staff users and Workers.
Contractor APP
Restricted administrators who use any Client Invitation code will no longer have access to or be able to view all workers in the Workers List view without being granted access.
Incident APP: Reports Dashboard
The Charts library has been updated to utilise High Charts 11, which brings significant improvements to the user interface (UI), and the ability to view full screen reports, or download PDF versions of any charts.
