Summary

02-02-2024 Supplier V2 release

  • The Supplier List performance has been significantly enhanced, which is expected to provide a greatly improved user experience (UX) for all clients.

02-02-2024 Staff Permissions V1 release

  • The new feature for the Staff Module Permissions aims to provide a simplified and more intuitive experience, offering improved management and user experience (UX) for all. The primary goal is to offer our clients the best tool to manage their staff users and security access with minimal involvement from ComplyFlow. This will require Staff RW ORG or Site access.

02-02-2024 Reports V2 release

  • The Reports Module has undergone fixes and improvements, including enhanced accuracy in the charts, fixed filters, security updates, and improved User Interface (UI) across the charts.

02-02-2024 February System Release 1

  1. Client APP

    • Enhancements have been made to the Dashboard view, addressing performance issues for both OCF and New Dashboard. As a result, all Clients should now experience seamless login without encountering any problems.

    • When a Live Access hazard is created or modified using the Live Access APP, the timestamp will be displayed correctly based on the timezone from each Site.

    • Suppliers: Inviting suppliers: The Site and Contractor Category fields have been updated to utilise the search and multi-select component.

    • Staff List: Fix for the cropping issue in the Document Categories dropdown has been implemented.

    • Incident: Editing the Incident with the Injury table: The section checkmark will display in blue when all required fields are completed.

    • Contractor Detail (OCF): The Project Documents table will no longer display the Project Document Categories as ‘Requested’ once the Contractor has been deactivated.

    • The issue with the ordering of the new module picker has been resolved.

    • Supplier List: The Alert badge count has been removed and performance has been enhanced.

  2. CF System

    • Optimised Compliance scripts for enhanced performance with heavy operations.

    • The CF Invitor (Host) script has been optimised to improve performance.

  3. Forms Module

    • The browser confirmation dialogue should function as expected on the ‘Configuration’ view.

    • The issue with opening the Form records, which contained HTML elements, has been resolved.

    • The ‘Expiry script’ has been rectified to ensure that email notifications are dispatched only when forms are about to expire.

  4. Contractor APP: Worker Admin login: Adding a new Client

    • The process has been updated to include the Worker Admin in the training requests for the Project/Site details.

  5. Incident APP

    • When activities are added from the Corrective Action detail and the Investigation details, the status will be updated in accordance with the applicable business rules.

02-02-2024 Inspection V11 + New Inspection Settings with the ‘Inspection SMS’ feature release

Inspection APP:

  1. New Inspection Settings menu: We are currently in the process of gradually refactoring and transferring the Inspection APP configurations and settings from the OCF Configuration area.

  2. New feature: The option to send a SMS for high priority inspections is configurable from the new Inspection Settings main menu under Audit Priority sub menu.

Note: This feature has a few issues remaining, but it should be operational.

  1. Projects/Sites that have reached their expiration date will no longer be visible when Users are creating Inspections.

  2. The '&' character has been fixed to display correctly within the Inspection Detail fields. Both new and existing data are now compatible with a script.

  3. The email notification ‘new inspection actions assigned to you (daily)’ has been updated to address a specific data-related issue and ensure it functions without interruption.

  4. Action List view: Filters: The Site filter has been fixed to function properly with Sites that have special characters.

  5. Action List under Recommendation data and Action Details under Activity comment data have been addressed to fix ‘XSS’ vulnerabilities.

  6. By adjusting the Inspection Title, Users will receive a prompt if the character limit has been exceeded, resulting in an improved User experience (UX).

  7. Templates: For Users without Audit R/RW permissions: The ‘Action’ disable button has been fixed to adhere to the system design.

  8. Checklist Item Photos & Additional Photos: The ‘Comments’ field is now visible in both Mobile and Responsive view.

  9. Inspection Detail view: Photos with Comments: The Comment Header section was fixed.

  10. Clients using the ORG Sites: Start New Inspection: Choosing a template that does not include a Site will result in the Inspection being created with the accurate data for the Site field.

  11. Templates: When a private template is created without an assigned Staff user or when the assigned Staff user is inactive, the disabled button now displays the tooltip.

  12. Inspection List: When utilising the slide-over panel next to an Inspection, the Category sections with lengthier text have been fixed to display the action count and completion percentage.

  13. Email Notification sent when any Inspection has been completed: The hyperlink under the ‘Manage Actions’ button has been fixed.

  14. When a User receives an Email Notification with the subject ‘Actions have been assigned to you’ and clicks the ‘Click Here’ link to login, the link has been fixed to redirect the User to the New Inspection module.

  15. Inspection List view: Inspection Detail slide over panel next to any inspection: The checkmarks should display correctly in blue when all checklist items are marked under the Categories.

  16. Additional files: The validation feedback for files larger than 60MB has been corrected providing clear guidance to the user regarding the file size limit.

  17. Templates: When creating or editing any Inspection Template, the checkboxes next to the Inspection Custom fields are now aligned properly with the custom field text.

  18. Templates: The Inspection Program filter has been fixed to function properly when the Inspection Program value contains the '&' character.

  19. Templates: When users update any Template using the Inspection APP, the '&' character used for any new Category or Checklist item is now saved properly in the Dashboard (DB) and will be displayed correctly on the page as well.

  20. Inspection List: The filters have been updated to persist, ensuring that no other filters from previous sessions will be applied when the view is opened from the Inspection Action List.

  21. Actions: The Email reminder does not redirect correctly when the user is not logged in. A fix has been implemented so that upon clicking the ‘View My Actions’ link, the user will be redirected to the new Inspection module.

  22. The Inspection List view has been updated to ensure that the Inspection Detail slide over panel displays any photo with an '&' in the filename properly under the Checklist items and Additional Details.

  23. API endpoint has been updated to ensure the Person Responsible field is not returned as ‘empty’ when Checklist items are not ticked and the Inspection is synced.
