If you’d like to trigger an SMS notification for Inspection Corrective Actions, please follow the steps below.
The Inspection Module includes a functionality that enables the configuration of an optional SMS alert for any Inspection Action Priority. This means that when an action is triggered from an Inspection, it will send an alert to the specified phone number. To manage this feature, you must have the permission to create, view, modify and manage settings for Inspection/Templates (Audit Admin).
Navigate to the Inspection Module and select Settings > Audit Priority.
To set the Priority for SMS alerts, select the Actions > Edit dropdown.
Once the Enable SMS check box is checked, the Phone Number field will become visible. Please input the designated phone number to receive SMS alerts and then proceed by selecting Save.
SMS notifications for high priority actions (or any configure priority) will be sent immediately once the Inspection Action is completed.
