To view a list of Incident reports, navigate to the Incident Module using the module picker (image below, top left):
To refine the list of Incidents select the 'Filters' button (above the table), here you can see - and filter by - Site, Incident Types, Tags, Status, Start Date, and End Date.
If you need to View, Edit, or Close/Sign-off an Incident you’ll be able to manage them here by selecting an option from the Actions dropdown on each row:
Note that some actions will be unavailable based on the Status of the Incident, for example, if an Incident has Pending Actions it can not be ‘closed’.
Select:
View if you wish to view the Incident details where you can export a report, see the history of the Incident and any linked actions
Close Incident if you wish to close the Incident (see also ‘Sign-Off’ below)
Delete if you need to remove an Incident (this will also remove any linked Corrective Actions or Investigations)
Edit if you wish to make changes to the selected Incident
Sign-off - This generally applies to serious Incidents and can only be triggered by TAG on a question-answer (e.g. High severity incidents, or injuries).
When configured, the Incident is escalated to the Sign-off Reviewer for Sign-off. When you wish the Incident to be closed out, a Sign-off will be required before it can be closed out. From the drop-down select the Sign-off Reviewer and hit the ‘Assign Sign-off’ button:
Exporting Incidents
To export the Incident lists, click the Download CSV button on the bottom left part of the page - this will export all fields that can be viewed in the table.
Incident Admins and Incident R/W Org Users will be able to see the Download All CSV option → this option provides an extended dataset in the exported file that includes all fields from all Incident records.
