Contractor App

  • In the Worker Details view, within the Enterprise Clients section, the slide-over panel has been optimised to ensure faster loading for all Clients

  • When uploading files for Document Categories from the Dashboard and the Documents List view, filenames with the '&' character are now saved correctly

  • 'Any incomplete steps will be assigned to the Worker to complete' has been removed from the Client setup modal to avoid confusion

  • When adding new Workers, the security of the First Name and Last Name fields has been improved to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities

  • In the Licences section, the CRON has been fixed to ignore the Licence when the Primary Admin's valid Licence expires (i.e. they don’t require a licence)

Client App

  • In the Online training view, tests that are requested from the Project/Site details view with the INCLUDE STAFF flag selected as No will no longer be displayed

Client App/Contractor App

  • The Tax Invoice feature has been updated to use the same tax reference table as the credit card payment gateway

    • GST value will be added only for Contractors from Australia, where GST is always 10%

    • GST will be 0 (or the tax rate configured) for any Contractor outside Australia (e.g., New Zealand).

Forms Module

  • When Users resolve Feedback under any Additional Request, they cannot bypass the required fields anymore (this applies when creating and submitting any Form with required fields in any section)

  • In the Alerts view, the User interface (UI) action buttons have been polished to enhance visibility. The System Design now resembles that of the Dashboard module. While the Form Section label has been removed, its functionality remains unchanged

  • Status update changes: Not Started is now Not Submitted

  • A typo in the email alert created when submitting the Form section has been fixed

Inspection App

  • In the Action List view, the CSV export function has been optimised to handle large numbers of actions, specifically over 100k records

  • The script sending daily email alerts with assigned actions has been fixed to resolve a bug that previously broke the script when Inspections were carried out from the web app without any Site assigned

  • A new submenu under Settings called Audit Module (OCF) has been added. This allows existing OCF users (i.e. in the old Audit Module) to create a new Inspection view where they can upload data from a CSV

  • Users starting a new Inspection in the web app will now have the Site selected saved after they Save Changes or Complete Inspection

  • In the Action List under the Inspection module, a new filter has been added called Action Required with Yes and No values have been added (useful for reporting). The default setting is ‘Yes’.

Incident App

  • In Incident edit mode, the Save button for creating or editing Corrective Actions (CAs) has been fixed to ensure proper functionality on all browsers

  • Under the Weekly Email Digest feature of the Incident Module, various fixes and improvements have been implemented, including changes to email subject, business rules and contents. Email alerts are now sent out every Monday at 08:00 Sydney time (when configured)

  • The timestamp under the Incident Date in the Incident API has been corrected to accurately display the Date/Time (it was previously appearing as 00:00)

Live Access App

  • The Cancel button has been removed when Users submit the first section of a Form using the Live Access App. Note that this change doesn’t affect the web app

  • When a new Form is created using the Live Access App, the dropdown values in the Form Type now exclude child Form types and are displayed in alphabetical order

Live Access Web app

  • In the QR Code sign-in to a Location link, the Sign-In process Inductions step has been updated:

    • The Continue button has been renamed to Confirm

    • At the end of the Induction, the Call To Action (CTA) button is now labelled Complete Induction

    • A new checkbox ‘I have read and understood the induction’ has been added. Users must tick this checkbox to complete the induction. The ticked checkbox will be recorded in the PSB view PDF export next to each user

Live Access API and Web app

  • Changes have been made to the Keywatcher integration, which allows Users to toggle the Keywatcher Auto Approve function on (when they are compliant) or off - by default, this feature is turned on for all Users

Configuration Module

  • The Inspection Custom fields view has been deprecated and can now be accessed from the newly refactored view in the Inspection Module under Settings. Custom fields can be configured for each Template once they are setup from this screen:
