Summary

This release provides updates and improvements across various modules and apps, including performance enhancements, bug fixes, and improved user experiences. Some highlights include:

  • Users will experience improved navigation between pages in tables, with the system ensuring they are returned to the top of the screen when moving between pages

  • Worker Administrators adding new workers will see a green tick next to each field after successful validation, providing visual confirmation of accurate data entry

  • Performance has been dramatically improved in the Staff List view, especially for clients with heavy data

  • Various updates have been made to Incident and Inspection notifications to ensure timely and accurate communication

Client and Contractor APP

  • Users will experience improved navigation between pages in tables, with the system ensuring they are returned to the top of the screen when moving between pages

  • Performance enhancements have been applied to various views (e.g., Staff List, Training view, Licence views), reducing load times and improving User experience

Contractor APP

  • Worker Administrators adding new workers will see a green tick next to each field after successful validation, providing visual confirmation of accurate data entry

  • Alignment issues in the Client Setup modal for adding new workers have been fixed, enhancing the overall interface

  • A bug in the Tax Invoice menu under the My Details dropdown has been fixed, ensuring a smoother User experience

  • The information panel in the Worker List is now correctly displayed on smaller screens, which enhances usability

  • The filter options in the Worker Admin Dashboard have been streamlined by merging two values for the Requirement Type filter into one

  • The alert icon for granting Restricted Admin access has been updated to match the system design

  • The search filter in Worker List now loads data correctly even when Users type in the apostrophe/single quote character

  • The problem of accessing Client Details in the Worker Admin view has been resolved

Contractor Registration Form

  • An issue with Users encountering an error when filling out a ‘cancelled ABN’ in the Contractor Registration Form has been resolved

Client APP

  • Unnecessary requests for People Document Categories from unassigned Project/Site Details have been eliminated, improving efficiency in document management

  • Performance has been dramatically improved in the Staff List view

  • Zendesk widgets have been removed from the Live Access Dashboard, reducing clutter

  • The script for the People Documents Compliance report has been fixed to handle deleted Staff Users and exclude documents from email alerts for deactivated Users

  • Creating new Staff Users and assigning them to multiple sites now performs better, preventing timeouts and heavy loading

  • The unstable browser confirmation dialogue when creating new Staff Users has been fixed, providing a smoother user experience

  • The invitation email alert will now be sent regardless of the existing User's ‘multi-identity’ flag, thereby ensuring consistent communication

  • The Suppliers option from the Modular menu is now disabled for Users without authority/access, improving security

  • The Back button, after completing online tests redirects to the starting view

  • In the new framework, Staff users now have the option of ‘No Expiry’ when reviewing and approving documents, offering greater flexibility in document management

  • Restricting Staff Users from adding workers for Contractors (only Super User has this option) enhances security

  • The process for inviting/adding Staff using existing worker account emails has been fixed

Incident APP

  • File upload validations have been added to ensure appropriate file uploads in Incident form details

  • Action button dropdown values have been updated based on the latest business rules

Forms Module

  • Performance has been dramatically improved when creating new Forms using the Client APP, preventing timeouts and heavy loading

  • Editing & Saving in the Configuration view works correctly, resolving a broken functionality

  • An unused column has been removed from the database to avoid confusion

Reports module:

  • Security measures have been enhanced to ensure that data is displayed by the permissions of the logged-in Staff User, and any unusual errors leading to module failure have been addressed

  • The date format of the Suppliers Chart has been updated to use the 'Australian' format for consistency

Inspection APP

  • The issue with syncing partially completed Inspections from the Inspection Mobile App and creating new Inspections in the web application has been resolved to prevent any further errors

Inspection Module

  • Actions assigned to anyone using ORG Site (aka ‘Old Sites’) can now be seen and closed from the Inspection module

Contractor APIs

  • An error occurring when trying to update Staff details for unregistered Staff Users has been fixed, providing a more stable API endpoint experience

CF System script

  • A script has been created to update and fix the & character for filenames under Document Categories and entities

System email updates

  • Various updates have been made to Incident and Inspection notifications to ensure timely and accurate communication

System Component Update

  • The searchable multi-select dropdown styling now matches the system design, improving visual consistency
