If you wish to visualise Incident data and gain a comprehensive overview of the Incidents, you can create an Incident graph by following the steps below:

What is an Incident Dashboard Chart?

An Incident Dashboard Chart is a visual representation of Incident data that provides a clear overview of the Incidents.

To manage this feature, you must have permission to create, view, and edit Incidents (Incident RW).

How to create an Incident Dashboard Chart

1.Go to Incident > Reports > Create Chart.

2. On the following page, you will be required to complete the necessary details on which your Incident Chart will be based.

  • Name - Enter the name of the Incident Chart

  • ​Chart Type - Select the Chart Type, either pie or bar graph

  • Date Preset - Select the time frame for which you would like to generate a report

  • Data Source - Select the item you wish to report on, whether it be Incident Types, Incident Tags, or Incident Question.

3. After completing all the necessary fields, please proceed by selecting the Add button.

4. On the Report screen, you will have the following options:

a. Select Edit Charts button to modify the chart details
​b. Select Delete Charts button to remove the chart
​c. Select the Hamburger menu (3 lines) button to view the chart in full screen, print it, and export the graph as PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG vector image
