Contractor App Updates
Updates have been implemented to enhance the process of adding a Worker through the wizard (including when the logged-in User session ends for any reason, the User is redirected to the login page instead of encountering errors)
Contractor App Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue related to the 'Archive/Unarchive' workers feature to improve its stability and ensure that the Status is displayed correctly when archiving workers with expired licenses
The CTA buttons for the alerts have been fixed in the Dashboard > Worker Admin and Worker logins:
a. The Upload Document button becomes disabled when the Document Category has the ‘Disable Upload’ flag set to TRUE
b. Disabled Dismiss & Upload Document buttons should now be displayed for items that can not be dismissed and uploaded
c. The functionality of the Dismiss button for the Worker Admin login has been resolved
Client App Bug Fixes
In the Configuration Module > Document Categories view, files are now able to be successfully uploaded to Document Category Details
Update the query and results for the ‘Not Overdue’ Invoice Status filter in the Dashboard module
Staff Invitation Email alerts are now stored in the Alert table (database)
Forms Module
It’s now possible to hide the Site field from simple forms (defaulting to the Site the user is assigned to)
The email alert for closed Forms has been updated with the new design
Incident App
The Sign-off feature in the Incident > Configuration > Incident Settings is now accessible for each Client, requiring Incident Admin access rights (previously, this view was only accessible to a ComplyFlow admin)
It’s now possible to build more flexible notification rules by using the ‘AND’ option in the rule builder:
a. This means that multiple rules can be set up, and all conditions must be met before the Notification Group is triggered
b. The existing ‘OR’ functionality remains unchanged and operates as it did previously
An error message related to the Incident Chart using a custom date preset with empty Start Date / End Date fields has been fixed
The email subject and content have been fixed when sending out the initial Incident Notification to Users from the ‘Additional Emails’ feature
The sub-section triggered with an Image Map question type has been fixed to ensure that the User can click on the image
Risk Register Module
Archived Risk Areas (managed by ComplyFlow) will no longer be displayed in the Configuration > Risk Matrix Options area, and filters
Users with Risk R/W Site level permission have been fixed to display the Actions > Manage button when their Site is included in the Risk Review
The Download CSV option in the Risk List has been fixed to ensure that it functions properly even if there is a Risk record containing the single quote symbol (') in the Description field
The CSV file names have been updated when exporting from the list views (instead of a generic export name)

Version 12 of the Inspection module went live (including UI/UX improvements, performance optimisations, new features, customer requests and bug fixes).
Inspection Web App
The Inspection Actions alert has been added to the Dashboard. It displays all alerts for each Person Responsible with Action Required set to ‘Yes’ and Completed set to ‘No’. Additionally, the Requirement Type filter has been updated
Performance updates on several views
Fixed some issues relating to PDF file uploads and exports
Resolved an issue with an atypical action priority configuration
Selecting the badge number under the Inspection List > Pending column will open a new tab with all relevant actions correctly filtered
User permissions for Plant Inspection management have been fixed to ensure the correct business rules are applied in all context
Improvements in the process of uploading and saving photos and files for Inspections and Inspection Actions
Improvements and bug fixes for the Add Attendees feature in the Inspection Details
We now correctly store the '&' character in the Inspection Custom fields
The permissions for Staff Users without access rights and the Inspection creators to manage their inspections have been fixed to match the business rules
Improvements to the Settings > Action Priority feature
When opening the actions from the Inspection List view, the appropriate filters will be utilised to ensure that only relevant data is displayed
The SMS feature for Action Priority has been fixed and enhanced
Duplicate SMS notifications are no longer sent out if the action is assigned to the same person as the key contact
Only SMS is sent to the Person Responsible each time edits and updates to the Inspection are made. If there are changes to the Person Responsible for the action(s), we will resend the SMS
Several validation feedback issues have been addressed to ensure that the correct message is returned based on the User's action(s)
Sorting data by columns in the Action List view has been improved
CSV download performance in the Action List view has been enhanced so that Users can download large amounts of data without timing out the request
The functionality of the Start Inspection CTA button has been fixed to ensure that it is visible to all Users, regardless of their security access rights
When Users conduct Inspections and mark any item as or Not Applicable (NA), the fields below will be hidden automatically
The Attendance CSV export option in the Inspection List has been fixed to export the data correctly
The Download CSV option using the Search filter in the Action List view has been updated
Action List pagination was improved to ensure the system will keep the User on the same page when adding activities to actions
We added a confirmation modal when starting a new Inspection (i.e. as a feedback loop)
User Interface (UI) improvements have been made to ensure that elements display correctly in responsive and mobile modes when starting a new Inspection. Additionally, a couple of errors were fixed to ensure that the functionality is more stable when starting and conducting Inspections
Adding an activity to actions has been improved/fixed to ensure a seamless process without errors
The User Interface (UI) for the Inspection Title top field in the Inspection Details slide-over panel has been fixed
Validation and error message improvements when Users attempt to upload unauthorised file types or when the file size exceeds the allowed limit
A new Inspection ID column has been added to the Action List view. When hovering over the Inspection ID, a tooltip will appear with a text message containing the Inspection Title and the Category from which the action originates
