Improvements for Restricted Admins
Fixed an issue with Restricted Admins adding workers already under the Company, ensuring correct matching and functionality
Restricted Admins can no longer view the profile of workers they don't have access to in the Worker List
Restricted Admins can now access the Company > Documents List without errors (displaying document visibility and operations limited to the Admin's permissions)
The ‘Send login email’ bulk action feature now alerts all workers with a valid email address, regardless of whether their account is registered.
SSO Client App
Enhanced User interface for Staff Users with the
restrict_sso_login = 1flag, preventing login via the general login page and displaying the error message: You can only access ComplyFlow via Single Sign On (e.g., Active Directory / Okta). Please access the ComplyFlow app via these portals or contact your internal IT supportSimilar restrictions apply to password reset attempts via the platform

Resolved issues for specific Clients to ensure the First Name and Last Name fields are correctly registered during auto-provisioning

Updates
Added the ability to configure sign-off rules based on dynamic question values, including a new flag: Require a Complete Corrective Action to Close/Sign-off
When triggered by question-answer values, the Incident status becomes submitted and cannot be signed off until at least one Corrective Action is created and closed.
Users receive real-time notifications when the flag is triggered
Introduced the ability to configure Standalone Incident Types, ensuring Users cannot select more than one Incident Type when creating or editing an incident
Fixes
File upload functionality now supports files with 1-character filenames
In the Incident Details view, all Notification Managers notified will have a label nm next to their name
Risk Register
Enabled the View/Edit and Add Risk options in the Manage button dropdown for Staff Users with Risk RW access rights
Fixed an issue where Risk Categories are now unique per Risk Area instead of being the same across all Risk Areas
Live Access QR Code Sign-In
Created a custom link for visitors to sign in without requiring the following fields: Email of the person you are visiting and Purpose of Visit
Applied a fix for iOS device mobile browsers to prevent zooming when filling out fields
Reports Module
Removed the security restriction to access the Reports Module, allowing all Users to access it. Data visibility will depend on their access rights and authority across the modules.
