Client App
Settings > API IP Whitelist Update
Introduced a new feature allowing the addition of IP addresses to a whitelist
Users logging in from these IP addresses via the API will be excluded from the Account lock feature
Fixed a timestamp error that occurred when people signed in using the Manage Others feature on the Live Access native apps
Fixed compliance issues when requesting Document Categories from any Site Detail view
The Supplier List & Details view now correctly updates and shows the Supplier’s status when optional Company Document Categories are configured
Simple Sites > Site Detail View > Document List: Files with longer names will now display correctly
Live Access
The Select Site field has been updated with a Search option for better User experience (UX)
Users signing in with location services off will no longer have their PIN displayed in the ocean; it will now show inside the geofence for each location
The Adding Staff slide-over panel has been updated with a Staff Category field, allowing multi-selection
Reports Module
Data points displayed in the Incident chart for 30 days have been improved in the Incident Chart
Forms Module
Performance improvements were made when editing Forms
Users can now edit the Form Start Date even after the form has been activated. Permit Admin and Permit RW access rights are still required
For questions with both Internal and Required flags ticked Contractors can now bypass these questions when submitting the Form Section
Inspection Module
Inspection List performance has been improved
An option to add external attendees was added under the Additional Details section (a fix was also applied to display the data entirely and correctly)
Multiple fixes were made to ensure the Import Inspections feature using CSV is working again after being affected by the Scheduled Inspection changes
Incident Module
The email alert content has been updated to include a new field, Created By, showing the Corrective Action creator
The Created By field has been added to the Incident Details view, and the PDF export
Duplicate questions using the Add Another feature will now display answers correctly
Reports Module
Incident Section Data: The Site filter dropdown values now show correctly based on the logged-in user’s authority
ComplyFlow API
The Employee endpoint has been updated to return a new custom field in the payload.
The Custom Field data can be added from the Configuration Module in Document Category edit mode
Contractor App
The Finish Setup alert description has been improved in the Worker Admin Dashboard
A fix was made to ensure that the Primary Admin will not have a license assigned when a Worker imported from the Staging Area matches the Company’s Primary Admin profile
