Client App

Staff Module

  • The default ordering displayed the logged-in Staff User at the top of the list, followed by alphabetical ordering

  • The tooltip under the Status badge was updated to include Document Categories requested for the Site

  • Performance improvements were implemented for the list view, search and filters

  • Fixed a User Interface (UI) bug in the Staff Name column

  • The Personal Details Verification Wizard was deprecated for Staff Users during first-time login and yearly verification. This change does not affect Workers. The Mobile Verification step for Staff users was updated with a new design

Reports

  • The Filters CTA button for Suppliers and Incident Chart will now display in the correct position after clicking the Clear all filter CTA button

  • The checkboxes for Company/Worker and Staff Documents in Staff module > Manage Permission (Simple mode) are now read-only.

  • The Sites filter in the Supplier module will no longer return Suppliers that have been deactivated or archived on the Site(s)

Contractor App

  • Fixed an issue in the Personal Verification Wizard where Workers were blocked from accessing their Dashboard when the Client requested only person Attributes and not fields from Personal Detail Verification

Incident Module

  • When the Incident status becomes Awaiting Sign-Off, the system will now automatically generate and send an email to all Staff Users with the Project Role set in the Configuration

  • When adding an Incident, the date/time picker under the Incident Date & Time field has been updated to allow Users to select minutes

Inspection Module

  • Fixed a console error that was triggered when selecting the Date Picker

Inspection API

  • Fixed to ensure Users can log in without errors in a specific scenario where a data mismatch can occur
