Introduction
The Site Document and Training requirement function involves managing compliance needs and workflows within the system, including submitting site documents and conducting site-specific training for safety and compliance. Refer to View Site Details for more information on finding the Site Compliance area.
To assign or un-assign Site document and training Requirement, you must have Edit / Update Sites or higher permission
Site Compliance Requirements
Introduction
Compliance requirements for Documents can be assigned depending on the site the person is attending. There may be additional qualifications such as Working with Children Checks or High Risk Work Licences to ensure compliance for specific sites or facilities that aren’t applicable across the account. To assign specific compliance documents to a site follow the steps below.
Document Requirements
From the Assign Document Requirements dropdown, select the documents you need to assign to the Site.
2. Next, select Assign Document(s).
3. The document will be displayed under the Document Requirements and will appear on the dashboard of any person assigned to this site.
Adding Site Requirements will impact a persons compliance. Active profiles will update to Documents Pending in the status area.
Removing Document Requirements
Select the Unassign next to the document you want to remove.
2. The document will no longer be displayed in the panel.
Site Training Compliance Requirement
Introduction
Site training requirements are used to ensure that staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles. These requirements involve assigning training courses to staff based on specific criteria like site location or individual roles. The system allows for the management of compliance needs by assigning training tailored to site-specific responsibilities, enhancing safety and regulatory adherence.
Compliance requirements for Online Training can be assigned depending on the site the person is attending. There may be additional Training required to ensure compliance for specific sites or facilities that aren’t applicable across the account. To assign specific Training packages to a site follow the steps below.
Assigning Training Requirements
From the Assign Training Requirements dropdown, select the training package you want to assign to the Site.
2. Next, select the Assign Training.
You can include staff in the or just have the requirement triggered for Contractors on the site.
3. The training will be displayed under the Training Requirements
Removing Training Requirements
Select the Unassign next to the training you want to remove.
2. The training will no longer be displayed in the panel or requested from people assigned to this site.
